A Message from Our President/CEO Regarding Recent Flooding
Dear Friends of ACCA,
Bumps and bruises are bound to happen with a mission as large and impactful as ours. Unfortunately, on Sunday, June 11th, we faced an unexpected bump in the road. We experienced flooding which resulted in significant damage to our building. As a result, things may look a little different for the next few weeks.
Rest assured, we are currently working together with the partners of the North Downtown Redevelopment Project to put things back together, and hopefully even a bit better! During the cleanup process, we ask you to please be patient with us as the restoration may impact parking and navigation to and around our building. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
In the meantime, we are determined to continue providing uninterrupted services to our senior community. Our Center for Active Living (CAL) lunch program will temporarily operate out of our Bentley Center while all other CAL activities will continue as scheduled in the Harris or Hudson Rooms.
No other programs or services have been impacted and will remain fully operational.
Thank you so much for your patience and continued support of ACCA and our mission. As we navigate the repairs to our building, we will continue to keep you informed of any changes or updates.
Warmest Regards,
Eve Anthony
