A care consultation is a supportive conversation focused on your unique situation. DRC staff help review daily routines, goals, and current challenges while identifying helpful resources, enrichment opportunities, and future care options. Care partners receive personalized guidance, practical strategies, and tools they can use at home. Home visits are also available to assess safety, routines, and behaviors, and to develop tailored safety and emergency plans.
